How do I set the charging rate on my charge point?

Leased driver, or a charging point for visitors? Set a kWh rate so we can charge for charging sessions on a charge card

How do you set the charging rate?

Go to the my environment or go to the App.

1. On the left side of the screen, click "Charge Points.

2. Select the charge point for which you want to adjust the rate by clicking on the ‘three dots’ on the right.

3. Then click on ‘Settings’ and then click on ‘Paid charging’. 

4. Set your rate (up to two decimal places).
