Adding your own charging token
Settings regarding charging tokens are set by the owner or user after purchase via the link in the information mail. Afterwards, charging tokens can be added via the back office and their rights adjusted.
If your charge point was ordered via a lease car company, then the charge point was set to standard settings instead. It will accept any public charging token, but you can choose to invert this and only allow your own charging tokens while excluding any others - this can be done via the back office or the app.
In the app, this can be done by adding your own charging token as "Preferred" card and by turning off "Allow public charging".
