Can I change the day of the direct debit?

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to change the direct debit date for your payments at Blue Current. We use a fixed collection date (around the 29th of the month) to ensure smooth and timely processing for all customers.

If you have concerns about the payment timing, we recommend:

  • Ensuring sufficient funds are available in your account around the collection date - which is around the 29th of each month.
