Where can I charge at a public charge point?
You can charge at all public charge points. Go to Oplaadpalen.nl for an overview of all charge points in the neighbourhood or download the EV Charging by NewMotion app in the Apple Store or the Google Play Store.
Found a charge point?
Follow these steps:
1. Plug the charging cable's plugs into both the car and the charge point. Press them in firmly.
2. Hold the charging token in front of the charge point's sensor.
3. Once the charge point has registered the token, it will lock the cable and the LEDs will turn blue.
4. Hold the charging token in front of the charge point's sensor to stop charging. The cable will automatically unlock.
5. Remove the plugs from the car and the charge point.
Are you not getting a response from the charge point or have you noticed a different problem? Contact the operator of the charge point for assistance. Their contact information will be written on the charge point.
