How do I reset the WattsOn?

Sometimes the WattsOn loses its connection to our backend, the smart meter or the internet connection. At those times it is necessary to reset the WattsOn, you can easily do that with these steps:

1. Find the reset button

- Small black button next to the LED light

- Press and hold for 10 seconds until the WattsOn resets

2. Reconnect the WattsOn

1.Download the Blue Current app
- Available in App Store or Google Play
2. Turn on Bluetooth
- Don't know how? Search on Google: "Turn on Bluetooth [your device]"
3. Connect to smart meter
- Data cable in P1 port meter → "P1 IN" WattsOn
4. Connect power supply -Socket? WattsOn
5. Pair in the app - Follow the instructions (Bluetooth first, then WiFi/wired)

3. Optional: Use P1 splitter
- Need another device? Use the "P1 OUT" port (remove the cover first).
