      I cannot order a charging token via the website form

      Ordering a charging token, VAT number is not accepted

      Please ensure that the VAT number format is correct:

      e.g.

      NL123456789B01

      The VAT number that you fill in will be automatically checked against the VIES database. You can contact this organisation (VIES) to determine whether the VAT number is valid.
