We all pay a different tariff for our electricity, and therefore also for EV charging. To adjust your tariff, you need a correct subscription.
If you cannot adjust your tariff, it could be because you have the wrong subscription. If you are a business customer and have a basic subscription, you cannot adjust your tariff, read more about our business subscriptions here.
If you have an Extended or Full-service subscription or if you are a private customer and you still cannot do this, please contact customer service!
The tariff cannot be changed whilst the charging station is charging.
