I did not yet receive my credit invoice, is this alright?

Credit invoices are always paid out around the 12th of the 2nd month after the loading sessions. So in the case of January, you will receive the credit invoice around 12 February, it will then be paid out around 12 March. This payment date also always appears on the invoice as the due date of the credit invoice.
