I have a different amount on my bill than the rate agreed in my contract - how is that possible?
At Blue Current Energy, we strive for maximum transparency. Sometimes there can be differences between your contract rate and invoice. Here's why:
1. Annual adjustments by third parties
- Network management costs (set by network operators) - These cover transmission and maintenance of the power grid and are subject to change.
- Energy tax and government levies (set by the government). These are indexed annually and may change in the meantime, dependent on government policies.
2. Possible adjustments by us We reserve the right (with 30 days' notice):
- Adjust the purchase fee
- Change the fixed delivery costs.
