Blocking/deactivating your lost charging token and requesting a new one
If you are a lease car driver, you can request a new charging token from the relevant lease company and have the lost token invalidated.
If you have purchased your own Blue Current charging token, please contact us as soon as possible. You can order a new token and we can invalidate the lost one.
Meanwhile, if you normally charge by charging token on your own charge point, you can also start and stop charging sessions via the Blue Current app, and have the charging sessions registered to a specific token.
