My charging station lights red, what's wrong?

Your charge post is showing red LEDs, annoying! But what is actually going on? Red LEDs mean that the charge post is malfunctioning, if you want to know more about LED colours, click here.

The charging station has two types of LEDs, as shown in the picture below . 1. The LED at the bottom of the pole has to do with the cable, is this in your case, look at the picture below. 

2. The LEDs on the sides have to do with the Identification, is this in your case, look at the picture below.
