When does my contract start and can I change the start date?
Your energy contract starts on the start date that you chose when you signed up, or on the date on which your old contract expires, if you have switched.
→ When switching from another supplier Your new contract usually starts within 2 to 4 weeks. You don't have to cancel your old contract yourself - we'll do that for you.
→ In the event of a new connection or move Then you choose the desired start date yourself. Make sure you let us know at least 5 working days in advance. You will always receive a confirmation from us by e-mail with the exact effective date.
