When does the direct debit take place?

The collection date is 14 days after sending your invoice.

→ In most cases, we'll send your invoice on or around the 15th of the month. The collection will then take place on or around the 29th.

→ Sometimes you may receive an invoice on a different date - in which case it will be collected 14 days after that date.
