When will I receive the annual statement and how does it work?
The (annual) statement is the overview of your total consumption and costs over the past period. In this we set off all paid advances against your actual energy consumption.
With a dynamic energy contract, the final statement is often clear, because you have already paid your actual monthly consumption, in this FAQ we explain the advance variants. However, we always check whether everything is correct and you will receive an annual statement.
1. When will you receive it?
- After 12 months delivery
- Or within 6 weeks after cancellation (We will send it immediately as soon as we have all the details)
2. What does it say?
- Overview of all advances paid
- Your actual consumption and costs
- Feed-in of your solar panels and the compensation for this
- Energy tax and network management costs
- Any money to be recovered or an additional payment
3. No hassle with meter readings
- We automatically retrieve them via your smart meter
- You don't have to report anything yourself
