1. Dynamic energy
  2. Switching to Blue Current Energy - Regular procedure

Will I pay extra costs if I switch to Blue Current Energy?

No, Blue Current Energy does not charge extra for your switch. However, it is important to check whether your current energy contract has a fixed term. If you terminate a fixed contract prematurely, your old supplier may charge a cancellation penalty. This amount depends on the remaining term and the conditions of your current contract. We cannot check the end date of your current contract. So check this carefully to avoid unexpected costs.

However, it may happen that your old supplier still collects an instalment amount in the switching month, while we do the same. This is always settled on the final bill of your old supplier, so you never pay twice. Conversely, it can also happen that we collect an instalment amount while you switch to a new supplier. This is also always settled on your final bill.

Do you want to prevent this as much as possible? Please report your switch to us in good time, so that we can look at the best transition period together.
