How to start a charging session

Have you found a charge point? Then follow these steps:

1. Insert the charging cable into both the car and the charging station

• Press both sides firmly

2. Hold your charge card in front of the charge point reader

3. As soon as the charging card is read

• The cable locks automatically
• The lights on the charge point turn blue

Stopping charging? Here's how to do it

1. Hold your charge card in front of the reader again
2. The cable is automatically unlocked
3. Unplug both the car and the charge point
