What do the lights on the WattsOn mean?

Your WattsOn indicates how it functions with colorful LED lights. This way you always know if everything is working properly or where you may need to intervene. Color LEDS and their meaning:

  • No light: The WattsOn is not receiving enough power; please connect the supplied power adapter and USB-C cable to the WattsOn.
  • 🔴 Red: No connection to the smart meter: we are not receiving P1 data (check the connection to the P1 port and the "P1-IN" port)
  • 🔵 Blue: Not connected to the internet (check the connection to the internet, is there a WiFi connection/is the UTP cable properly connected)
  • ⚪ White: No connection to the cloud service (contact customer service)
  • 🟢 Green: Everything works perfectly! (Power, internet and data are sent successfully)

What to do in the event of a malfunction? Red/blue/white light?
