Can I transfer the amount manually?

You can, but we recommend direct debit because it is easier, faster, and safer. Would you still prefer to pay manually? You can do so via the payment link in the reminder email or via your customer portal.

Please note that we charge additional fees for manual payments. It is also important that you pay on time to avoid reminder or collection fees.
