How can I change my details or contract?

Via our Blue Current Energy app you can easily adjust the following things yourself: 1. Change personal details such as your email address, telephone number, billing address, account number.

2. Change payment method: issue a new authorization for direct debit.

3. Recalculate your monthly amount: change your monthly amount based on your current consumption and the expected purchase prices. Changes that you submit 7 days before the end of the following month will be immediately reflected in the following monthly invoice.
