How can I change my details or contract?

Right now our developers are working hard on new features in the app, so you will soon be able to do even more yourself. Until then, we ask you to modify the following via e-mail:

  • Personal details (name, address, contact information)
  • Payment method (new IBAN, change of direct debit)
  • Change of contract and financial data
Changes you make 7 days before the end of the following month, will immediately be included in the following monthly invoice.
