I can't adjust my charging rate - why is that?
Business customer?
For business customers, it is not possible to adjust your tariff if you have a basic subscription. The extended and full service subscription does give you the freedom to adjust your charging rate at any given time.
Private customer?
Private customers, i.e. customers with a charge point at home, always have the option to adjust the tariff. If this is not the case with you, something must have gone wrong when the contract was concluded, please contact customer service.
Please note: If a charging session is active, the charge rate cannot be adjusted either.
