I can't adjust my charging rate, why is that?

When paying for charging sessions charged at your locations, it is nice to receive the correct rate per kWh for the power. However, it is not just possible to adjust the tariff for everyone, there are a number of requirements here. 

For business customers, it is not possible to adjust your tariff if you have a basic subscription, if you want to know more about the subscriptions, click here. The extended and full service subscriptions do give the freedom to adjust the charging rate at any given time.

Private customers, i.e. customers where the charge point is located at home, always have the option to adjust the tariff. If this is not the case with you, something must have gone wrong when you signed the contract.

If a charging session is active, the charging rate cannot be adjusted either, close the session first.
