I lost my charging card, how can I charge and pay now?
If you are a lease driver, you can request a new pass through the leasing company and have the old pass blocked.
If you purchased a Blue Current charge card yourself, please contact us as soon as possible. We can arrange a new charge card for you and deactivate the old one if necessary.
In the meantime, it is possible to start and stop charging via the app or to charge via Plug & Charge.
Please note: if the card is blocked, the transactions during this period can no longer be settled, this may have to be done directly through your employer. It is advisable to contact customer service after the charge card has been replaced, so that we can help you with the settlement of the charging sessions.
