You recently got a new energy contract and you're going to pay a different rate per kWh, but how do you adjust this? Unfortunately, we as Blue Current cannot legally adjust the tariff for you, so calling customer service will unfortunately not solve this for you. However, you can adjust your kWh rate yourself on your computer in our dashboard. How to do this is described in steps below.
- Log in to my.bluecurrent.nl with your email address and password.
- On the left side of your screen you have 4 options, choose the option Charge points.
- Choose the charge point whose tariff you want to change by clicking on the 3 dots on the right-hand side of your screen, then click Settings.
- In the drop-down menu of the charge point you will find a number of options, choose the option Current tariff.
Please note: It is currently only possible to change your tariff on a computer and only when the charge point is not in use. It is not possible to change your tariff while the charge point is being used to charge your car.
