      My charging cable is stuck in the charge point. What can I do?

      How do I unlock the charging cable?

      This problem generally occurs when the charging session has not been terminated correctly. Hold the charge card with which the charging session was started in front of the charge point's sensor to stop the charging session.

      If this does not help, please try these steps:

      1. Use the charge card to stop and restart the session.

      2. Turn off the power to the charge point for 1 minute.

      3. If none of these steps help, please let us know. We can unlock the cable for you remotely.
