My charging cable is stuck in the charge point - What can I do?
How do I unlock the charging cable?
Try the following:End the charging session correctly with the charging card you started with.
Cable still not disconnected?
- Sign on and off again with the same charging card.
- Log in via my.bluecurrent.nl or open the app.
- Go to “Charge points”.
- Click on the name of the charge point or the “three dots” and choose “Settings”.
- Scroll down and click on “Unlock cable”.

The cable should now unlock.
