My charging cable is stuck in the charge point - What can I do?

How do I unlock the charging cable?

Try the following:

End the charging session correctly with the charging card you started with.

Cable still not disconnected?

  1. Sign on and off again with the same charging card.
  2. Log in via my.bluecurrent.nl or open the app.
  3. Go to “Charge points”.
  4. Click on the name of the charge point or the “three dots” and choose “Settings”.
  5. Scroll down and click on “Unlock cable”.

The cable should now unlock.
