Smart charging
My charging station gives a ticking sound, what's going on?
Your charging station gives a ticking sound the moment you want to start or end a charging session, 2 things can occur here.
- If it is a small ticking sound when starting/closing the charging session, it means that the relay clicks open/close, allowing the pole to charge. No action is required for this.
- Are there several short taps at the time of starting/closing a charging session or do you hear one or more tapping sounds during a charging session. First disconnect the power from the charging station in the meter cupboard for 1 minute, then you can put the power back on.
