My charging station gives a ticking sound - what's going on?

A ticking sound when starting or stopping a charging session can mean two things:

1. Click/tap at start or end of charging session:

This is normal. The relay is switching to start or stop charging. No action is required.

2. Multiple short taps at start/stop or during charging:

Try this:

• Turn off power to the charging station in the meter box.
• Wait 1 minute.
• Turn the power back on.
