My kWh tariff over my last credit invoice is too low, what can I do?

You recently received an increase in your electricity tariff and had not yet implemented it on your charging station, how annoying! As charging sessions are processed directly by the charge card company, we unfortunately cannot retroactively increase the rates on charging sessions.

Fortunately, we have an easy solution for this. In our dashboard on my.bluecurrent.nl you can download a claim form, also an option has been added where you can choose 2 rates (the correct rate and the received rate), so you can download the difference between the payment and what you should receive.
