My tariff was set too low - what can I do?
Was your charging tariff is set incorrectly over a period of time. Then chances are you received less for the charging sessions than you should have.
As charging sessions are processed directly by the charge card company, we unfortunately cannot adjust the rates afterwards.
Receive shortfalls in 3 steps:
- Download an overview
- Declare to your employer/leasing company
- Receive the money back
Option 1: Download PDF
- Go to my.bluecurrent.nl on your computer and log in
- Go to Charging sessions
3. Click on the big blue button and download the 'Declaration overview'
4. Select the correct period, the correct charge point and the correct charging card(s) on which the transactions took place.
5. Download the PDF
Optie 2: Download Excel
- Go to my.bluecurrent.nl on your computer and log in
- Go to Charging sessions
3. Click on the download button NEXT TO the big blue Declaration button.
Declare the difference
You can claim the difference from your leasing company or employer by using the statement to show that you have received too little.
