My load balancing dynamic is currently not working, what can I do?

If you have a smart charging connection with the smart meter; via a direct connection or an indirect one with a smart reader and your car is still charging only at low power, it is likely that the connection with the smart meter has been temporarily lost. Below you can read what you can do, situation 1 is for a direct connection from the charging station, situation 2 is for a connection with a smart reader.

Direct connection
1.    Step 1 is to turn off the charging station's power for a minute, to turn the power back on after waiting a minute. If the problem is still not solved, proceed to step 2.
2.     Disconnect the charging station from the power, then also disconnect the connection to the smart meter from the socket, check if there is an oxidation or corrosion layer on the contact point and clean if necessary with a toothbrush or other soft brush. After this, you can plug the cable back into the smart meter and the charging station back on power. If your car is still charging at low power, contact customer service.

Smart reader
1.    Step 1 is to disconnect the charging station from power for a minute, to put power back on after waiting a minute. If the problem is still not solved, proceed to step 2.
2.    In step 2, we remove power from the charging station again, however, in doing so we also remove power from the smart reader by unplugging it. After waiting a minute, both devices can be powered up again. After this, check if on the box the three Led lights are on, here 2 green and 1 red should be on. If your car is still charging at low power, contact customer service.
