The app is saying that my charge point is offline. Why is this?

Why is my charge point offline?

This can have two causes: the charge point has no power, or the charge point does not have internet access.

No power?

Perhaps power has been cut to the charge point. Check whether the switches in the fuse box are all up.

No internet?

There may be several causes to why the charge point does not have an internet connection. If the charge point is connected via wifi, then the password may have been changed. See this article for a way to set the new password.

If the charge point is connected via LAN cable, then the plug may have been pulled from the router.

If you have checked both the power and the internet connection yet the charge point is still out of commission, then we recommend you turn off the power to the charge point for 1 minute. You can do this by flipping the switch in the fuse box. If the internet connection via cable has been daisy-chained with the small Blue Current Dynamic Smart Charging box, then we recommend turning off the power to this box for 1 minute as well for a total reset. 

Turning the power off and on will trigger a restart of the charge point - it will attempt to rebuild its internet connection.
