What is a default card and how do I add it to my charging station?

When a charging session is started with the app or via plug & charge, no charging token needs to be offered to start the transaction. To still be able to settle the transaction, we can link these transactions to a default card. 

Through our online environment you can specify a default card. Look for the charging points header and select the charging point where you want to add the card. Under settings you will find the standard card header. Here you can add a default card. 

To add a charging token, you only need the charging token number. You can find this on the charging token. This is usually in the following format: NL-XXX-000000-X. This does not work, try it without the dashes. If that doesn't work either, please contact us.
