What should I do if my smart meter displays the message "administrative OFF"?
Do you see a message that the smart functionalities are disabled? Then your meter temporarily works as a traditional meter:
- It still registers your usage
- But no longer transmits automatic meter readings
Here's how to get the smart features back: Contact your regional grid operator - they can reactivate the smart meter. Please note: it is important that you take this step because we have to receive the meter readings automatically, otherwise you cannot use the dynamic energy contract.
