What should I do if my smart meter is not working?
In case of malfunctions in your smart meter:
1. First check if it is the meter
- Is the display still working?
✔ Do you still see numbers/data?
✔ No display = possible meter failure
- Are there still lights on
✔ Green light = communication active
✔ Red/flashing light = malfunction
2. Contact your network operator (who is responsible) → Here you can find out who your network operator is.
