This way we ensure that we take over exactly the right connection and that there is no delay or confusion when reading and registering your meter readings.

Where can I find my meter number?
Don't worry, the meter number is easy to find:

→ On the meter itself: look at your smart meter, the number is clearly stated here. It starts with EAN, followed by +/- 16 digits, often this is below your barcode.
