Why choose a Basic, Extended or Full service subscription?
We offer several services to keep your charge point in working order, and we do this for the charge point's entire lifetime:

We take care of transaction processing and the reimbursement of electricity costs (e.g. in case you charge with a lease charge card or guests pay to charge).

Smart Charging demands communication with, and computing power on our server. That is how we can offer you a higher charging speed instead of limiting the charge point to a low and safer speed.

Your charge point remains updated with our latest software.

We can always be contacted in case you have questions or experience a technical problem.
We have chosen not to include this in the purchase price but instead to put these costs into subscription form. This way we can always help, whether your charge point remains in use for two or ten years.
Important to note: the Extended subscription is particularly interesting if you wish to change the rate against which can be charged at your charge point, for instance for guest usage.
