With plug & charge charging, the charge point immediately starts charging when the charging cable is inserted into the car. You therefore do not have to offer a charging card to start a charge session. Do you want to settle the electricity costs of the charging sessions? Make sure there is a default card set on the charge point!

If your charge point is set to plug & charge, everyone can charge here without offering a charging card. Therefore, we advise you to only set a charge point to plug & charge if the charge point is not publicly accessible.
Through our online environment you can turn plug & charge on and off. Look for the charge points header and select the charge point where you want to change the setting. Under settings you will find the plug & charge header.
